Submit a manuscript

By submitting material to Crownmere Press ("the Publisher"), you acknowledge that your submission is unsolicited and made voluntarily, at your own risk, and without any request, inducement, or promise of any kind by the Publisher.

No confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other relationship is created by your submission, and no obligation of confidentiality arises from it. The Publisher is under no obligation to read, review, respond to, return, publish, or otherwise use your submission, and may decline it for any reason or for no reason.

You represent and warrant that the work is your own original creation, that you hold all rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful material. You agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless from any claim arising out of a breach of these representations.

You acknowledge that the Publisher receives many submissions and independently develops, acquires, and publishes works of its own. You therefore waive and release any and all claims against the Publisher, its employees, agents, and affiliates arising from your submission, including claims based on similarity between your work and any work later published or acquired by the Publisher, and you agree that the Publisher has no liability of any kind — including for loss, damage, delay, or non-return of materials — in connection with your submission. Submit copies only; retain your originals.

The Publisher's commitments. You retain full ownership of the copyright in your work. The Publisher will honor all applicable copyright, intellectual property, privacy, and data protection laws, and will follow accepted professional publishing standards. Your submission will be used solely for the purpose of internal editorial evaluation and will not be published, licensed, distributed, or exploited without a separate written agreement signed by you setting out terms and compensation. Your personal details will not be sold or shared with third parties, and you may request deletion of your submission at any time.

Nothing in this agreement limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Publisher is located.
